How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your pincode. You will get a tracking update by email or SMS once your order ships.
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free on orders above ₹599. A small delivery fee applies to smaller orders and is shown at checkout.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay online by UPI, debit or credit card and net banking. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or changed until they are shipped. Write to support@homies.in with your order number as soon as possible.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, the tracking link arrives by email or SMS. Use that link to follow your parcel until delivery.

How do I wash the satin pillow cover set?
Machine wash gentle in cool water, or hand wash with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and hot irons, and dry in shade to keep the satin soft and smooth.
Can I choose the colour of my satin pillow covers?
Yes. Pick your colour on the product page before adding to cart. Slight shade differences may appear depending on your screen.
How do I care for the microfiber cleaning cloths?
Rinse or wash with mild detergent after use. Skip fabric softener as it reduces absorbency, and air dry for the longest life.
How should I clean and store the chopping boards?
Wash with warm water and mild soap and dry fully before storing. Keep the wooden board away from long soaking and direct heat to avoid cracks.
How do I use the reed diffuser?
Remove the cap, place the reeds in the bottle and flip them every few days to refresh the fragrance. Keep it away from direct sun and out of reach of children and pets.
