1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Homies website and to every order you place with us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

In these terms, "Homies", "we" and "us" mean the owner and operator of this store, and "you" means the person using the site or buying from us.

2. Using our website

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, interfere with its working, or try to access it without permission.

We may update, change or remove content, products or features at any time without notice.

3. Products and pricing

We try to show colours, images and descriptions as accurately as we can. Slight differences may appear depending on your screen and lighting.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers and availability can change without notice.

If we find an error in a price or description, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

4. Orders and payments

An order is confirmed only after we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example due to stock issues, pricing errors or suspected misuse.

We accept online payments only, by UPI, cards and net banking.

Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your card details.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 days, and delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping is free on orders above ₹599. Any fee on smaller orders is shown at checkout.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it is shipped by writing to us with your order number.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Homies name, logo, images, text and design, belongs to Homies and may not be copied, reused or distributed without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Homies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Privacy

We use your personal information only to process orders, provide support and improve our service. Please read our Privacy Policy to learn more.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
