1. Order processing
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 days of confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
Remote areas may take a little longer.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
3. Shipping charges
Free standard shipping on orders above ₹599. Any shipping fee on smaller orders is shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Where we deliver
We deliver across India.
5. Delivery delays
Delays can happen because of courier issues, weather, public holidays or other events outside our control. We will help you track your order and coordinate with the courier, but we cannot guarantee timelines beyond our control.
6. Incorrect address
Please give an accurate name, address, phone number and PIN code. We are not responsible for failed deliveries or lost orders caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
